Ukraine has used new, strong missiles to hit a place in Russia. This is the first time they have done this. The missiles came from the United States. They can go very far and hit things far away. Russia says that they stopped five missiles and one hit a place where they keep their army things. This caused a fire.

The man who speaks for Russia says that the United States wants the fight to get bigger. He thinks that American people are helping to use the missiles. Russia will think of this as an attack by the West. Russia has also said that they will use their very strong weapons if they need to. They will do this if a country without these weapons attacks them but has help from a country with them.

Ukraine has been using these missiles in places that Russia took over. They can hit things very far away, up to 300 kilometers. Ukraine can now hit places deeper in Russia. They say they hit a place where Russia keeps their army things. This place was near a town called Karachev. There were many big booms after the hit.
